We have an exceptional opportunity for a qualified and passionate  to join CHEF DE PARTIEa Bistro-style Restaurant, located in Durbanville. The restaurant will provide mainly lunch and dinner dining experiences in a refined yet inviting and relaxed ambiance.
 
We are looking for an CDP with experience in all sections, but mainly hot section with at least 3 years’ experience in a high pressure environment, experience with stock control and monitoring portion and waste management. Own transport and valid driver’s license beneficial.
