Professional Experience

• SAWIS
  Experienced in completing pink cards, submitting BG9, BG10, and BG11 forms, and ensuring label approvals. I have been involved in preparing for and overseeing annual audits while troubleshooting and liaising with all relevant SAWIS stakeholders.

• Exports
  Skilled in managing DIGI-label applications and submissions, coordinating registrations for export to various countries, and overseeing logistics. I also handle export and exemption certificates, sensorial renewals, and client communications, ensuring smooth operations with DAFF and other stakeholders.

• Warehouse & Local Sales
  Proficient in team management, skills development, and optimizing processes. Responsibilities include procuring dry stock, managing inventory, calculating and submitting excise duties, processing orders, managing reworks, forklift work (valid forklikft operators licence) and handling direct-to-consumer cellar sales. I am adept at troubleshooting and maintaining strong partnerships with logistics and procurement teams.

Alongside my experience in the wine industry, I also bring strong project management skills. I am adept at organizing, coordinating, and delivering projects efficiently, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely results.
