Cellarhand

We are a French owned boutique winery just outside of Stellenbosch, on the foothills of the Simonsberg. We strive to produce elegant, French style wines from this beautiful South African terroir. We are a young dynamic team that enjoys hard work, precision and good humor!

The position offers a hands-on, do it yourself experience of ALL the processes involved in winemaking.  The position holder will have to work actively in the cellar by themselves or with the winemaker - maintaining cellar hygiene, washing tanks, racking/cleaning/filling of barrels, wine transfers, blending, sampling, etc.

The ideal candidate should be capable of strong physical work, willing to work long hours (including weekends, mostly during harvest time) and enjoy working in a team.
