Senior CDP : Upmarket Wine Estate (Stellenbosch)

Experienced SENIOR CDP required to form part of a dynamic team on an Upmarket Estate in the heart of Stellenbosch Winelands. We are looking for a CDP with a stable track record, quality driven, a leader, stable and able to perform under pressure.

The ideal individual is passionate about food, self-motivated, detail orientated, calm and able to perform under pressure.  A pre-requisite is that the individuals resides in the Winelands area. A formal Culinary Education will be advantageous.  Experience in Hot and Cold section, excellent operational and leadership skills essential. The position offers growth opportunities.

REMUNERATION: Negotiable. (Dependant on Experience)
