Muratie Wine Estate, a historic gem in Stellenbosch, is renowned for its award-winning wines, restaurant, and warm hospitality. We’re looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen General Worker to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation under the supervision of chefs.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Help ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during service.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen in line with hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not required.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English (spoken and understanding)
