Harvest cellar assistant wanted

DeMorgenzon Winery, situated in the Stellenbosch Kloof, on the foothills of the Bottelary Hills, is looking for a seasonal cellar assistant for the upcoming harvest.

The successful applicant will be required to assist with the following:

- Grape intake and processing
- Cellar hygiene
- Barrel hygiene and filling
- Grape pressing
- Pump overs
- Additions

Applicants must be able to:

- work longer hours, with weekend shifts also required. 
- have own accommodation
- be able to work in a team
 - experience/ SKOP will be a plus

The successful candidate will be remunerated based on experience that he/ she is able to bring to the team. 

Based upon performance during the harvest period, the possibility of the post becoming a permanent appointment is high.
