Job Summary:

Enthusiastic waiter that is passionate about food and wine that strives to deliver exceptional service in a stunning vineyard setting. Your role will include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and providing knowledgeable recommendations.

You will collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Previous experience in a fine dining or winery setting is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a flexible schedule.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and wine offerings.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
• Answer questions regarding menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle payments and manage cash register accurately.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events by following Events Function sheets
• Uphold and follow all health and safety regulations
• Assist with regular stock take procedures
• Manage all stock items to keep in line with operational budgets
