Our client is a trendy, upscale cocktail bar and restaurant with a focus on innovative cocktails and tapas style dining located in the heart of Ballito. Our client is known for our creative cocktails, unique dining experiences and pairing/tasting experiences.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Bar Manager with a strong focus on mixology to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar operations, leading and developing a high-performing bar team, and creating exceptional cocktail experiences for all guests.

*Key Position Requirements / Qualifications*:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.

• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, and liqueurs.
