Delheim Wines has a great opportunity for an assistant winemaker.
Responsibilities:
Assist with winemaking processes (harvest, cellar ageing, blending and bottling / labelling line operations etc)
Quality control operations (lab work, tastings, etc)
Stock control (additives, cleaning chemicals, etc)
Operation and maintenance of cellar infrastructure and machinery.
Monthly stock take.
Daily capturing of all production data.
Requirements:
Relevant winemaking qualification with harvest experience.
Laboratory experience
Computer literacy
Strong administrative skills
