Bulk Filter Operator required

Our busy Helderberg Winery is seeking an experienced bulk filter operator to join our hard-working, dynamic cellar team. The ideal candidate is focused and energetic and can multitask and meet filtration deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities will include handling all sizes of bulk filters with ease, efficient filtration of large quantities wine, cleaning of equipment, stock take and precise record keeping.

We are looking for a unique individual to operate within our close-knit team and the ideal candidate has proven filtration experience and excellent knowledge of all cellar processes.
