Labelling Line Operator

Koelenhof Winery, situated in the Stellenbosch area, currently offers this career opportunity.

The successful candidate will report to the Bottling Manager and will be responsible for the operation of a BRC-accredited labelling line (wine).

We only welcome applications from individuals with the following experience:

• Complete labelling line operation
• First-line maintenance, minor repairs, and the setup of labeling and related machines
• Maintenance of quality control and product specifications
• Inventory loss control – supervision of staff.

The requirements for this position include:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labelling facilities
• Technical background of production lines
• Supervisory skills
• Exposure to a quality-controlled work environment and corresponding record-keeping
• The ability to function under pressure
• Willingness to work overtime and shifts
• Ability to function in a team
• Own transportation
