Small winery looking for a winemaker as business partner

I have a small winery , its bare bones , just the basics , but we can get more of whats needed, i have a production license.
Im looking for a winemaker for a joint venture to start a small wine brand.
Partnership in brand , noit the property - might change if we have success .
U will run it day to day.
It will be bought in grapes first , we can plant a few hectares in winter for future.
I will provide most of the working capital if your young , but can u sell the wine ? Making is easy its the selling and brand building thats key.
Is there space for another old vine swartland chenin on the market ? Thats old news.
Or are u innovative and have new thoughts.
I know its harvest time now , but have a think , tell me a bit more about yourself , what your good and bad at , what u think we can sell .
Then we can start making things fall in place for next harvest .
