Restaurant Manager: Refined Bistronomy-style Restaurant (Stellenbosch)

We have a dynamic opportunity for an experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER at an upmarket 50-seater, Bistro-style restaurant, strategically situated in the heart of Stellenbosch.

Minimum requirements:

Looking for an individual with a strong hospitality background, previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upmarket dining environment, international experience will be beneficial,  strong leadership skills, passionate about service excellence and staff development.

Hospitality Qualification beneficial, solid track record, stable, ability to perform well under pressure.

Own vehicle and driver’s license essential.

Key Objective 

To skilfully lead and manage the front of house operations and team.
