Maintenance & Workshop Technician

Location: Stellenbosch

Remuneration will be competitive and negotiable.

The candidate must either be a South African citizen or possess valid legal documentation authorising them to work in South Africa. All references must be contactable. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance on tractors, spray pumps, cars, trucks, motorcycles, implements, buildings, and equipment.
• Inventory control of tools and maintenance equipment.
• Ensure tidiness and organisation of the workshop area.
• Conduct basic welding tasks (e.g., metal brackets, trailer rails).
• Carry out any other related maintenance duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a farm or estate maintenance role.
• Proven technical aptitude with experience in handyman work.
• Ability to read and write.
• Willing to undergo training in maintenance and welding.
• Valid driver's license (advantageous).
• Local Stellenbosch candidates are preferred.
