General Manager needed for new restaurant in CBD

Upmarket restaurant in Bree street is looking for General Manager for a 150 seater restaurant and Wine bar.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, set up systems, communicate well in a team and build a good relationship with owner and BOH team. Must have excellent wine knowledge, be able to train staff.

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position. Having experience in opening up restaurants before will give you an edge. 

Own transport is required and will be market competitive salaries.
