Job description

We are looking for an experienced person to handle the branding requirements, marketing and events strategy management for our range of luxury products.

Person's experience will include:

The position requires support in eventing and sales driven marketing towards an existing customer base. The candidate will need to have the ability to design and create graphic work. A key element will require the candidate to develop branding direction, brand image management and a strategy to achieve the marketing plan. Understanding and ability to set up and work within a budget is crucial. We need a person that is an extrovert, yet is very organised. The candidate must be able to handle deadline pressure, and be able to multitask. Common sense and attention to detail is crucial.

 Requirements

  • B2B communications through the design of newsletters, social media and management of website
  • Consumer marketing skills, focusing on social media
  • A good grasp of below the line and gorilla marketing strategy
  • Branding strategy
  • CRM and Database management
  • Event creation and management
  • Good customer communication skills
  • Good admin and organisational skills
  • The ability to perform miracles with small budgets
  • PR experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Monitoring and analysing competitive activity, customer, and market trends
  • Providing actionable insights to guide the sales teams
  • Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives
  • Ability to think outside the box

  Experience:

  • Marketing and or sales experience
  • experience in Liquor industry will be advantageous but not compulsory
  • SAP experience advantageous

Qualification:

  • Lowest qualification required: Matric. 
  • Financial, sales or marketing Certificate/Diploma advantageous
