We invite applications from Sous Chef level or Junior Sous Chef with 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role for our client's 150-seat establishment. The restaurant will feature a lunch and dinner service, emphasising locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

Position requirements:

• Culinary Qualification
