We are looking for a young, energetic new member to join our dynamic front of house staff at Lynx Collection (www.lynx-collection.com)
Inherent Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the wine or hospitality
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management
- Background in Restaurant would be advantageous
- Covid-19 vaccination mandatory
- Fluent in English
Experience and skills:
- The ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be professional and a team player
- Sustainable quality and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of wine and winemaking processes
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to hospitality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Main Responsibilities:
- Presenting wine tastings, receiving guests & maintaining client relations
- Assisting with events, exhibitions and shows when needed
- Stock Management
- Ensure that the tasting room is clean, well-organised, and properly stocked at all times
- Ensure tasting room policies and procedures are adhered to
- Maintain inventory records
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
