About You:

We are seeking an exceptional bartender with a passion for the art and science of beverage creation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and curate an innovative cocktail and beverage program that aligns with Marine Room’s fine dining ethos.
  • Provide expert recommendations and pairings, demonstrating deep knowledge of wines, spirits, and craft cocktails.
  • Engage and educate guests with passion and confidence about beverages, enhancing their overall dining experience.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in every drink served, adhering to the highest quality and presentation standards.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously refining and evolving the beverage menu.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and well-stocked bar, following all safety and health regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create dynamic food and beverage pairings.
  • Cultivate relationships with suppliers and stay informed about emerging products and techniques.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a high-end restaurant, bar, or luxury resort setting.
  • Proven expertise in either:
  • Wine & Sommelier Experience – Formal certification (such as WSET, CMS, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Mixology & Craft Cocktails – A strong portfolio of signature drinks and innovative creations.
  • Passion for hospitality, storytelling, and engaging guests in an interactive, memorable experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining grace under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and presentation, ensuring every drink meets impeccable standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • A deep appreciation for luxury dining and the ability to enhance the guest experience through beverage expertise.
