Our ideal candidates are experienced in 5-Star Service Ambassador, well-presented, well-spoken, and very detail-orientated. He or she can work in a structured and organised way and with a hands-on approach in a calm, focused manner. Own transport essential.
DUTIES will include (but not be limited to):
1. Guest Service (Attract, Retain and Grow)
2. Attention to detail
3. People skills - good communicator, can read body language, open minded etc
4. Sustainability
5. Passionate about the hospitality industry
6. Wine and food knowledge essential
SKILLS
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent command of English, additional international foreign language advantageous
• Leadership skills
• Experience in hotel software and Microsoft Office
• Detail-orientated & accurate
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Calm under pressure!
