Pick Me Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Guesthouse Manager with experience in a Five-Star Hotel / Guesthouse environment.
The ideal candidate will maintain the meticulous high standards of service and tailored guest experiences. This position requires a guest centric and hands-on approach to service.
Essential Skills and Minimum Requirements:
• Hospitality Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license beneficial
• Guest and service centric approach to daily operations
• A warm, inviting and outgoing personality with a natural service-oriented flair and must have a love for the hospitality industry
• Attention to detail, mature, sophisticated
• Excellent guest relations skills and an obsession with service
• Must be able to multi-task
• Knowledge and interest in food and wine
• Must be able to plan and organise effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to communicate with international guests. Fluent in spoken and written English
• Excellent time management
• Fully computer literate, including cloud systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Nightsbridge front desk operating system
