  • Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Updating databases with tourist information, customer feedback, and reservations
  • Social Media and Marketing Support
  • Helping with the logistics and administration of travel exhibitions or tourism-related events
  • Assisting with the preparation of travel documents and itineraries for employees
  • Financial Administration

Skills & Qualifications

  • Matric and/or relevant qualification in tourism
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Customer Service Focus
  • Attention to Detail
  • Familiarity with Travel Industry
  • Multi-tasking
