Join the hospitality team of a renowned and award-winning farm stall and tourist pit-stop in the heart of the Elgin Valley. Celebrated for its warm hospitality, local produce, and artisanal treats, this iconic establishment is looking for a charming and experienced Assistant Manager join their team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
• Support to the Management Team
• Managing the Front of House Team
• On the floor presence and guest services
• Assisting customers
• Assisting with the cashiers
• Assisting with product displays
• Stock management
• Stock receiving and checking of goods
• Ordering and receiving of produce for the establishment

Criteria of the role
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role (hospitality / retail)
• Stock control and stock receiving skills
• A sound knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Proficiency in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken) is essential
• A team player with a warm and engaging personality
• Reliable transport essential

Note that consideration will only be given to applicants who have experience in an equal role industry and who are currently resident in close proximity to the Grabouw / Elgin Valley
