Are you an energetic hospitality pro who knows how to run a tight (but friendly) ship? An upmarket leisure & tourism venue in Stellenbosch is looking for a hands-on, experienced FOH / Restaurant Manager to lead their dynamic service team!
This is a contract role until end of August 2025 – ideal for someone ready to hit the ground running!
What you’ll do:
? Lead and motivate a strong FOH team
?️ Deliver 5-star guest service at a top-tier venue
? Keep service smooth, staff sharp, and guests happy
Manage daily operations, bookings, POS & service flow
We’re looking for:
At least 3 years' management experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting
Strong leadership & communication skills
Love for guest service & top-class experiences
Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
Tech-savvy with POS systems
Stellenbosch | Contract until August 2025
