Tasting Room Ambassador – FranschhoekKey Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and warm manner - Engage with guests and explain the offerings in the Tasting Room - Present Cap Classique tastings - Standard Tasting Room setup and cleaning - Assist with stock management and handling sales stock - Work well with the team and assist others when needed - Strive for excellent service and always prioritise the guest experience Skills and Qualifications:- Grade 12 or equivalent - WSET or Cape Wine Academy certification is a strong advantage - A passion for wine and working with people - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to work weekends and public holidays - Excellent communication skills Additional Info:- Must reside in or around Franschhoek - Remuneration will be market-related To apply: Please email your CV and a recent photo to kirsty@khcomms.co.za.
