We’re searching for an Assistant Outlet Manager to help lead one of the hotel’s signature dining outlets. If you’re passionate about hospitality, service excellence, and dynamic leadership, we’d love to connect.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining venue

• Strong leadership, food and beverage operations, and service standards knowledge

• A hands-on, organised, and guest-focused professional

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in the daily management of outlet operations

• Mentoring and leading the service team

• Overseeing service delivery, hygiene standards, stock management, and administrative duties

• Managing guest feedback and service recovery

Salary: ZAR 25,000
