General Manager (Signature Restaurant) - Stellenbosch

 

We seek an experienced Restaurant GM with a strong Food and Beverage background, an unwavering passion for the industry and service excellence, with strong leadership qualities, meticulous attention to detail, and excels in high-pressure environments.

The Key role will be to ensure the restaurant’s smooth and profitable daily operations, while also managing staff, overseeing guest service, and ensuring compliance with relevant regularities.

Applicants already residing in the Winelands region will receive preference.

Position Requirements :

Qualification in Food and Beverage Management • at least 3 year’s general management experience in a sophisticated dining environment • proficient wine knowledge • strong ability to manage and develop a team • strong business and financial acumen • own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence essential.
