Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the table is set with precision, consistency, and elegance
- Manage and oversee all front-of-house operations during service
- Lead, inspire, and support a small, high-performance service team
- Ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and service
- Deliver consistently high standards of guest service and presentation
- Uphold brand values and attention to detail in every guest interaction
- Manage stock
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Compile feedback reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
- In-depth knowledge of food, cuisine, and South African wines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work long, demanding hours in a fast-paced environment
- Own reliable transport (essential)
