Location: Helderberg Region, between Somerset West & Stellenbosch
We are offering 32.25 hectares of established vineyards with sweeping mountain and ocean views, situated in the prestigious Helderberg wine-growing region.
Current Opportunity
Due to the current condition of the vineyards, an on-site assessment will be necessary to evaluate what interventions are required to restore the vines to productive health. Unfortunately, some blocks are in a distressed state, and urgent attention will be needed to rehabilitate them.
Given our current financial constraints, we are exploring the option of partnering with an individual or entity willing to manage, maintain, and invest in the vineyards at their own cost for the next 2–3 years, in exchange for a rent-free agreement and long-term lease. During this period, the lessee will have full rights to the grape harvest.
We are also open to discussing a profit-sharing or longer-term strategic partnership, depending on the scope of your interest and investment capacity.
