We’re looking for a Call Centre Manager to head up a small but mighty team of 3–4 telesales stars. This is your chance to lead a high-performance wine sales squad, where cold calls become warm leads and quotas are not just met—they’re crushed.

Remuneration: R20 000 per month

Daily Duties:
- Lead from the front: Actively participate in cold calling and sales pitches alongside your team.
- Motivate and manage: Keep spirits high, targets in sight, and energy levels through the roof.
- Coach & cultivate: Upskill and guide team members with creative feedback and hands-on training.
- Track performance: Set daily goals, monitor KPIs, and report on sales activity.
- Customer follow-ups: Ensure client satisfaction and relationship nurturing.
- Creative problem-solving: Find new ways to boost morale and meet targets (wine puns encouraged).
- CRM upkeep: Manage and maintain accurate client data and sales tracking tools.
