Our Client, a five-star hotel, strategically situated in the heart of Cape Town, is seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join their team.
 
Role Profile:
 
The Stock Controller is responsible for managing all inventory operations at this boutique hotel. This includes receiving deliveries, organizing and issuing stock, conducting regular stock takes, reporting variances, and ensuring strict control over minibar inventory and operational equipment. The role is critical to maintaining optimal stock levels, minimizing wastage, and ensuring cost control throughout the property.

Qualifications & Skills:
 
• Proven experience as a stock/inventory controller, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or Excel-based tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations, particularly minibar and kitchen stock handling, is an advantage.
