A luxury spa in the heart of the winelands is seeking a highly skilled and professional Spa Therapist to join their team.
We are looking for an experienced and well-presented Spa Therapist who is passionate about wellness and committed to delivering exceptional treatments and guest service.
Key Responsibilities – Therapist:

Deliver a range of spa services including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, micro-needling, and more.

Ensure guests' needs, expectations, and queries are met with professionalism and care.

Promote retail products and additional treatments to guests where appropriate.

Maintain knowledge of all spa treatments and products.

Keep treatment rooms clean, tidy, and well-stocked.

Ensure all displays are clean, fresh, and attractively presented.

Maintain spa equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide high-standard treatments aligned with luxury spa protocols.
Key Responsibilities – Reception:

Welcome and guide guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience.

Answer calls, respond to walk-ins, manage queries, and provide information.

Schedule appointments and process payments efficiently.

Promote available services, discounts, and retail products.
-
Collect and manage guest feedback.

Maintain accurate guest records and complete administrative tasks.

Assist with processing and packaging of online sales.
Requirements:

Relevant aesthetics qualification (e.g., Masters Diploma in Aesthetics, ITEC, CIDESCO, or SAAHSP).

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a spa therapist in a luxury environment.

Skilled in massage techniques, facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and holistic treatments.

Passionate about health, beauty, and guest wellbeing.

Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Well-groomed and professional appearance.

Basic computer literacy.
