Housekeeping Supervisor: Premium Property (Franschhoek)

The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the Hotel Management to achieve the strategic direction and annual plans for Housekeeping operations.

Position Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality

• Valid driver’s license would be advantageous

• High level of physical endurance

• Preference will be given to candidates from Franschhoek and neighbouring areas

Experience and Skill:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star luxury property

• Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal

• Leadership experience

• Strong training skills and experience

• Effective rostering abilities

• Knowledgeable with the controlling of expenses and inventories

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
