Situated on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountains in Stellenbosch, this Boutique Winery offers unique guest experiences. The restaurant features a seasonally inspired menu with private dining experiences, exclusive food and wine pairing evenings, delightful high teas and relaxed picnics on the rolling lawns with a popular venue for weddings and events.

We have opportunity for talented chefs to join their team, specifically:

• JUNIOR SOUS / SENIOR CDP: Experienced chef with strong culinary skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.

• JUNIOR PASTRY CHEF: Creative pastry chef with a passion for pastry, baking and decorating.

The ideal candidates should possess:

• Strong culinary skills

• Passion for the culinary arts

• Self-motivation

• Attention to detail

• Calm demeanour under pressure

Position Requirements:

• Formal culinary education preferred

• Stable work track record

• Local residency in the Winelands region
