I’ve built my career in wine quality assurance, with more than two decades in wine quality - from the cellar, in the lab, at the bottling line, and deep in compliance systems. It’s given me a full-circle view of what it takes to protect a wine from tank to table.
What sets me apart is the combination of deep technical knowledge and quality systems expertise - a rare blend that allows me to bridge the gap between cellar floor realities and audit-ready systems.
But beyond the technical, I’m known for how I work with people: I meet teams where they are, and guide them toward real confidence and competence.
