Our client, is a premium collection of three exclusive-use private safari villas on a private concession in the Madikwe Game reserve, and is known for offering a premier safari and wildlife experience. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Management Couple to join their professional team.
 
Position Requirements:
 
• Minimum of 5 years’ Lodge experience in a luxury, 5-star environment
• Own Transport
• Driver’s license essential
• Strong ability to manage a team effectively
• Creative out of the box thinking – must be able to think on their feet
• Self-motivated
• Able to take initiative and work independently
• Strong ability to engage, entertain and build and connect with guests
 
Skills and Experience:
 
First Manager:
 
• FGASA Level 1 (Level 2 will be preferred) – all guiding qualifications up to date and paid
• Full Trails (advantageous but not a must)
• First Aid Level 1
• Strong Maintenance Skills
• Strong Vehicle Maintenance Skills
• Strong Hosting Skills
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Basic HR knowledge
 
Second Manager:
 
• Strong Hosting Skills
• All-rounder knowledge of all departments will be advantageous
• PAN Knowledge (a must)
• Computer Knowledge – MS Office
• Basic HR Knowledge
• Strong Admin Skills
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
