You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of our logistics and warehousing operations, including our on-site facility as well as offsite and international storage locations. If you're passionate about logistics excellence and thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimise order flow, from order acceptance to delivery, across both local and international markets
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, couriers, and third-party logistics providers
  • Drive DTC logistics excellence and improve fulfilment efficiency
  • Manage stock levels and dry goods across multiple sites
  • Procurement and inventory planning aligned with sales forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with customs, SAWIS, and SARS documentation and processes
  • Process and invoice sales in multiple currencies
  • Oversee production logistics and labelling timelines
  • Lead and motivate a small warehouse and logistics team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in a senior logistics/export role (wine industry strongly preferred)
  • Expertise in export compliance (SAWIS, SARS, customs procedures)
  • Direct experience with customer-facing fulfilment models
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and Wine Online
  • Knowledge of Commerce 7 and SAGE Intacct will be advantageous
  • A strong process thinker – if you’ve built or improved a logistics system, that’s a big plus
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous but not essential)
