Our client, a dynamic Wine Estate located in the Robertson area, is seeking to appoint an experienced Logistics & Administration Coordinator. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a structured approach to managing logistics and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate the full logistics process for both bottle and bulk wine production.
  • Plan and dispatch transport logistics, including load scheduling and order fulfilment.
  • Develop and maintain the bottling schedule.
  • Manage logistics administration including: SAWIS documentation, Export documentation & Invoicing.
  • Serve as liaison between the business and local/international clients regarding logistics matters.
  • Oversee stock control and reconciliation.
  • Manage packaging and dispatch processes.
  • Handle all export-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance and administration of international standards and certifications such as: IVP (IPW), ISO, HACCP; BSCI/WIETA, WWF (Biodiversity).

Minimum requirements: 

  • A relevant Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management (advantageous).
  • At least 3 years' proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Wine Industry.
  • Strong administrative and logistical capabilities.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
  • Fully bilingual – English and Afrikaans (written and spoken).
