Seeking a FINANCE MANAGER to join the PRE-OPENING TEAM of our Client’s latest addition to their Premium Eco-Lodge Portfolio in SA, situated in Addo Elephant National Park.
Our client, has long encouraged authentic and sustainable travel, offering community and conservation-focused immersion experiences. These curated eco-escapes offer a blend of traditional hospitality and rich novel experiences, committed to conserving the environment; and are gateways to responsible exploration of their natural surroundings.
Position Requirements:
- 3 - 5 Years’ Financial Management experience
- Recognised Accounting qualification / CA
- Technologically skilled with competent working knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular), and general accounting software
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong financial acumen and excellent time management skills.
- Results driven with strong communication skills; proficient in presenting reports and financial information to others
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial planning and forecasting
- Budgeting and Cost control
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Risk management and compliance
- Investment and funding decisions
- Financial modelling and projections
- Cash flow management
- Financial strategy development
Remuneration Details:
- R35 000 – R45 000 CTC
- Live-in position (Single Accommodation Included) OR Hybrid opportunity for LOCAL candidates (at least 2 compulsory office days required per week)
