We have a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned Restaurant Manager on an iconic, upmarket Wine Farm, Stellenbosch.
We are looking for an experienced Manager with at least 3-5 years senior management experience to manage one of the property's three Food and Beverage outlets, focusing on multi-course, wine-paired menus.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational activities of the restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional Food and Beverage services. The restaurant trades lunches daily in a sophisticated but relaxed dining environment.
Requirements and Experience:
- Hospitality Management, Food and Wine Qualification beneficial
- 3-5 years of senior management experience in an upmarket restaurant environment.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant management, wine pairing, and menu management
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license preferred
