This is a senior role best suited to someone with at least 5 years’ experience in venue or F&B management, who thrives in a hands-on environment, has strong sales and admin skills, and is eager to represent a brand with pride and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the daily running of the venue and property
- Manage events from planning to execution (weddings, corporate)
- Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships
- Lead a small team (and scale up on event days)
- Handle sales, viewings, bookings, and social media presence
- Oversee food & beverage operations
- Manage quotes, invoicing, and all event documentation
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in F&B, events, or venue management
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and of sober habits
- Strong admin, organisational, and sales skills
- Confident with social media
- A team leader who thrives under pressure
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Willing to work weekends, holidays & evenings
- Bonus: experience in accommodation management
