Annual Leave: Annual leave, is as per winter/off season months as per full year/cycle worked.

Job description:
- The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years’ food and beverage or venue management experience. This is a senior management position.
- The candidate must have great experience within managing a property (i.e. Venue/ restaurant – similar) to ensure good maintenance, hygiene and venue protocol of a high standard.
- The candidate must be professional at all times and attentive/ available to clients and their requirements.
- The candidate must have great people skills and social media experience.
- Sales experience is essential, including site visits/viewings.
- Good management of a small team but must be able to manage a larger team on an event day.
- The candidate will work directly with clients and must manage the clients portfolios and event details.
- The candidate must be well respected by industry suppliers.
- Management of quotes/ invoices and overseeing these. Great administration skills.
- Management of event sheets and finalising suppliers and event details in order for a successful event.
- Event management (corporate and wedding)
- Management of food and beverage services.
- Guest relations is very important to the venue, as we believe strongly in word of mouth and return clients.
- Experience in accommodation would be a nice to have.
- None smoker and of sober habits.
- Hours of hospitality industry can be expected (weekends/holidays/ evenings).
- Candidate must have their own reliable vehicle.
1 September 2025 start date.
