Laundry Lady - Franschhoek

Our client in Franschhoek is looking for a thoughtful and detail-oriented Laundry Lady to care for their linens, uniforms and guest garments with consistency, calm, and a loving touch.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in a high volume laundry /housekeeping operations.
Guest focused with a passion for service and standards excellence
Highly organized, result oriented.
Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take responsibility for the full laundry cycle, from sorting to folding, with precision and pride 
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and fabric care across all laundry operations 
Support the broader team by ensuring timely turnover of linens and garments for rooms, kitchen and dining 
Keep the laundry space calm, efficient and well-stocked - flagging any supply or equipment needs 
Bring a steady presence and kind spirit, with openness to teaching others and improving systems over time
