Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of our physical and online wine shop
- Coordinate local shipping via MDS and international samples via DHL
- Serve as the primary contact for local distributors and international importers
- Handle general admin tasks, including tender submissions and sales reporting
- Maintain and grow our local and international client databases
- Submit entries for wine awards and competitions
- Travel locally and internationally for brand representation
- Seek new clients in both local and global markets
- Manage social media channels and update the company website
- Write engaging newsletters and copy for marketing materials
- Support the development of new products and marketing initiatives
- Provide direct assistance to the CEO on various projects
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A proactive attitude and ability to multitask
- Experience in wine sales and marketing
- Confidence using digital platforms, social media, and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel both locally and internationally
