Join a Fast-Growing Premium Non-Alcoholic Wine Exporter! We’re a small, growing company exporting premium non-alcoholic wines from South Africa to top retailers, wine shops, and restaurants across the U.S. Our brands—Misty Cliffs and Lautus are crafted with care and gaining strong traction in the U.S. market.

We’re looking for a full-time Sales Secretary & Sales Development Representative based in Paarl to help grow our U.S. customer base.

You’ll work from our Val de Vie Estate office (with some flexibility to work from home) and remotely manage administration and outreach to U.S. wine retailers and wholesalers.

What You’ll Do Daily
• Compile Prospect lists of cold and warm U.S.-based wine retailers, distributors, and hospitality buyers.
• Write lots of outreach emails, tailored and brand-aligned and follow up diligently
• Book Zoom meetings for our founder or senior sales lead
• Maintain CRM records with notes, next steps, and contact history
• Track samples and follow-ups, keeping conversations warm and active
• Help completing RFP and other client pitches

What We’re Looking For
• Native-level English fluency, both written and spoken (first language preferred)
• Warm, professional communicator with a strong customer-first mindset—especially skilled in written communication
• Resilient and persistent—comfortable sending frequent outreach and following up consistently, even with limited responses
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Preferably experience in sales, client support, or B2B engagement (remote a plus)
• Familiarity with email, Microsoft Office, Zoom, DropBox and CRM tools (like Pipedrive)
• Bonus: interest in wine, wellness, or the food & beverage world

What We Offer
• Hybrid role: 60–80% in-office (Val de Vie), 20–40% remote
• Hands-on training in U.S. wine and non-alcoholic markets
• Full-time role preferred, but part-time may be considered for the right candidate

Preferred Experience
• University / College degree (required, please do not apply without)
• 3+ years in brand, client, or sales roles (wine/food industry preferred)
• Comfortable managing remote clients and building relationships online

Core Skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Microsoft Office
• Zoom, Dropbox, CRM (preferred but not required)
• Own laptop preferred
