Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, draft the required job outline for the various positions.

Coordinate with recruitment agencies where applicable.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviews, reference recording and offer negotiations.

Ensure entire HR pack is completed with all required information for onboarding purposes within 2 weeks of starting work at Laborie Estate.

Design and execute induction programs for new hires, ensuring alignment with company culture.

Onboarding old staff during off-season, ensuring all staff goes through the induction at least once per year

Conduct onboarding sessions, including all documentation and policy training – weekly dates.
