We're looking for passionate, skilled chefs who love seasonal, farm-to-table cooking with a French-Belgian flair. Work with estate-grown produce, fine wines, and a close-knit team in a boutique bistro setting.
Full-Time Chef
• Lead menu creation
• Manage kitchen & pairings
• 3+ years experience
• Wine knowledge & leadership skills essential
Full-Time Assistant Chef
• Support Head Chef with prep & service
• 1–2 years experience
• Culinary training preferred
• Passion for quality, teamwork & learning
