From homeware and boutique goods to sustainability-led ranges, you’ll shape every detail — from product development and visual merchandising to staff training and sales growth.
You’ll need:
5+ years in buying/merchandising (lifestyle or hospitality retail ideal)
A great eye for design & guest experience
Strong commercial instinct + passion for storytelling through product
Bonus: a love for sustainability and slow living
