We’re looking for someone creative, hands-on, and digitally sharp to help grow our brand online. looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our digital presence across the web, social media, email, and e-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is digitally fluent, creatively curious, and ready to execute campaigns and contribute new ideas. You’ll work closely with our marketing and brand teams to help bring our digital strategy to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email, and web.
- Help grow our premium digital footprint through influencer marketing, digital PR, and online brand storytelling.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content in line with the brand voice and calendar.
- Coordinate and assist with email marketing campaigns, including building emails, segmenting audiences, and tracking performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports using tools like Google Analytics and social insights dashboards.
- Assist with website content updates, light CMS work (e.g., WordPress), and e-commerce offer uploads.
- Help brainstorm and conceptualize digital promotions, seasonal campaigns, and community engagement ideas.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices, tools, and trends.
- Support management of agency and freelance relationships when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content coordination.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM basics, content strategy, and community engagement.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok (optional but a plus).
- Social tools: Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite
- Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights
- Email platforms: Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or similar
- CMS platforms: WordPress or similar
- Online Sales platform: Commerce 7
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, consistency, and brand tone.
- Analytical mindset – comfortable reviewing metrics and translating them into insights.
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced marketing team.
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)
- A basic understanding of the wine or luxury FMCG industry.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Exposure to influence marketing or digital PR tools (e.g., Meltwater).
- WSET or Cape Wine Academy certification.
