We have a Administrative Manger position available in Stellenbosch at a restaurant located on a sophisticated Wine Estate. The role will entails 80% admin & 20% FOH restaurant duties.
Key Duties:
- Invoice input
- Email and office correspondence
- Manage Events enquiries
- Costing control
- Personal assistant duties
- Hosting duties
Key Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
- Qualification in Office Administration / Hospitality beneficial
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry beneficial
- Well-presented with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work over weekends
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles
